About

Apex Laboratories, LLC, is an independent, full-service environmental laboratory located in the Pacific Northwest. We operate in over 36,000 square feet of laboratory space equipped with advanced instrumentation and data acquisition software. Each department at our laboratory is headed by a chemist with 20 or more years of experience in environmental analytical testing. Our staff of over 60 employees is dedicated to providing excellent service and delivering high quality data and deliverables on-time.

In addition to the EPA-based regulatory testing performed by Apex Laboratories, in 2014 we established a new division, Apex Forensics, by expanding our capabilities to offer forensic testing on projects nationwide. Our highly skilled chemists work as a team to support, develop and implement solutions for a diverse range of complex issues including source delineations, manufacturing processes, cost allocations, and characterization of the nature and timing of releases. Our advanced specialty testing services include high resolution fingerprinting, compositional analysis, and identification of specialty chemicals and tracer compounds. Our client base consists of a diverse group of organizations and industry professionals including engineering firms, attorneys, insurance claims adjustors, state and federal regulators, airports, seaports, petroleum refiners and distributors, manufacturers, and property owners.
